Damage

Return policy

We strive to deliver the best quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to take the product back and issue a full refund of your purchase.

LeChauffeBiberon.Com allows you to return your products up to 14 days after receipt. The returned product must contain all parts of the product, including instructions and packaging.

Upon approval, you will receive a return authorization number and the address of the nearest warehouse where you can send the product you wish to return.

To guarantee your refund, please use a courier service with tracking, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
