RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We strive to offer you the best quality possible, however if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we would be happy to take back your product and give you a full refund of your purchase.

LeChauffeBiberon.Com allows you to return your products up to 14 days after receipt. The returned product must contain all parts of the product, including instructions and packaging.

Request your return authorization number by sending an e-mail to contact@le-chauffe-biberon.com with the detailed reason for the return and photos or a video of the product to justify your reason. Upon approval, you will receive a return authorization number and the address of the nearest warehouse where you can send the product you wish to return.

To guarantee your refund, please use a courier service with tracking, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.

Upon receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be made to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used for your initial purchase.

Products may be returned up to 14 days after the delivery date.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Please note that we process refunds as soon as your refund request is approved, which means that the money immediately leaves our account. If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card issuer. It may take some time before your refund is officially recorded. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted. We’ve seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. If you have taken all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

How long does delivery take?
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at contact@le-chauffe-biberon.com.

Standard delivery:
We deliver to France only.

Standard delivery in France can take up to 6 to 15 working days.

Please note that each order must be shipped within 48 working hours.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed package deliveries).

Can you provide me with a tracking number?
All tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer as soon as the tracking information is available.

I’ve entered the wrong delivery address. Can I change it?
If this happens to you, send us an e-mail as soon as possible, and we might be able to take care of it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after your order and dispatched the same day or a few days later. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we cannot prevent the product from being delivered.

We cannot be held responsible if you have entered an incomplete and/or incorrect delivery address. Our system automatically processes orders and only follows what you have provided.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. You can only cancel your order before it is dispatched.

Invalid reasons:
The buyer no longer wants the items – this is the most common example that we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value to LeChauffeBiberon.Com . The buyer must ensure that he/she wishes to purchase the items before submitting an order, and not afterwards. After submitting an order, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

The buyer has found cheaper items elsewhere – The buyer must be sure that he is prepared to pay the prices requested before placing his order. Once the order has been placed, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller for the purchase of all items in the order.
